Getting started

Lymora turns your photos into AI-generated videos using templates, effects, and prompts.

  1. Open Lymora and choose a video template, or pick a tool such as Photo to Video.
  2. Add a photo (or photos) and, if needed, type a prompt to guide the result.
  3. Tap generate. Your video is processed and appears in your library when it's ready.
  4. Save or share to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more.

Frequently asked questions

How do credits work?
Generating videos uses credits. You receive credits from a subscription or by buying a one-time credit pack. Credits are consumed when you generate content and are not restored once used.
What subscriptions and credit packs are available?
Lymora offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Prices appear in your local currency in the App Store and may vary by region.
  • Weekly Lite · 110 credits
  • Weekly Standard · 230 credits
  • Yearly · 1,500 credits
  • Yearly (discounted) · 800 credits
  • Pack Small · 200
  • Pack Medium · 900
  • Pack Large · 2,200

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, so you manage them in iOS Settings:
  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select Lymora, then choose Cancel Subscription or change your plan.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and choose the refund option). Consumed credits are generally non-refundable.
How do I restore my purchases?
After reinstalling or switching devices, open Lymora and use the restore option on the subscription/paywall screen to re-sync an active subscription tied to your Apple ID. Consumable credits are stored with your in-app identifier and may not transfer between devices — contact us if you need help.
My video failed or is taking a long time. What should I do?
Video generation is performed by a third-party AI provider (Kling API) and depends on your network and current demand. If a generation fails or stalls:
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Make sure you're on the latest version of the app.
  • Close and reopen the app; if needed, restart your device.
  • If credits were charged for a failed generation, contact us with details and we'll help.
Is my data — including faces — used to train AI?
No. We do not use facial recognition, we do not build biometric profiles, and we do not use your uploaded content or personal data to train AI models. Your images and prompts are used only to produce the result you request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my data?
Email [email protected] at any time to request deletion. Because the app identifies you by a device-stored identifier (no account login), please email from the device or include relevant details so we can locate your data. Inputs and generated outputs are retained only as long as needed and are deleted or de-identified within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
What devices are supported?
Lymora is an iOS app and runs best on iPhone with a recent version of iOS. If you run into issues, updating iOS and the app usually resolves them.
What content is allowed?
Lymora is intended for users 18 and older. Don't upload images of other people without their consent, and don't create unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. See our Terms of Use for the full acceptable-use policy.
